AL-ANDALUS / Model: "JALEO":
To make the Jaleo Al-Andalus model, we used birch as the base. This wood is characterized by its great sound projection, which in turn provides a good balance between bass and treble. Like the entire Elite series, the Jaleo is a high-end cajon with meticulous finishes. We chose maple wood to cover the body and back of the instrument. But what really sets this professional cajon apart is the ziricote veneer we apply to the front. This wood has a spectacular presence and beauty thanks to the contrasts between its green, brown, black, and grayish colors and its yellow sapwood. This is why it is considered a precious wood, giving the cajon a noble and elegant appearance that matches the high quality of its sound.
As you would expect, this model is very comfortable for percussionists to play thanks to its ergonomic corners.
